Hey everyone!

Before I begin, I want to say a massive thank you for all your prayers, love and support as I made this journey out to Redding, California to study at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. The two months I’ve been here have already been life-changing and I am filled with such anticipation for what Jesus has in store next!

SCHOOL/CLASSES

First Day of School

I started classes at Second Year the first week of September and they have so far been so full of truth and wisdom and have impacted me so much. I have been assigned a pastor this year who will overlook my progress as I complete work and process what the Lord is doing in my heart this schoolyear. Her name is Mary Webb and she has been a pastor at Bethel and the BSSM environment for several years now. She carries so much joy and wisdom and has become a spiritual mother figure to me and about 60 other students in what is called a “Revival Group”. She carries so much leadership and I’m excited to get to learn from her this year.

Every day we have a “main session” with all 750 Second Year students at Bethel Church’s main campus. Each main session consists of worship, teaching, and cooperate activation. So far, we have had amazing teachings from Bill Johnson, Beni Johnson, Kris Vallotton, Ben Fitzgerald, Dave Harvey, and several Second Year pastors like Jordan DiMarco, Dave Ward, and Kalley Heilingenthal. It’s been amazing to gather with 750 other students from all over the world and go after His presence every day and minister to Him and those around us. During main session we as students have total freedom to learn to cultivate His presence and in turn release it to everyone everywhere we go.

Our school is divided up into trimesters, where we will select elective classes to take to further develop our leadership skills. This trimester I am taking a class called Becoming a Whole-Hearted Woman, taught by Haley Braun and Melissa Casey. This class is all about empowering women in ministry and what it looks like to be a powerful leader as a woman, whether it be at home or in specific ministry. Another class I am currently taking is called Rethinking the End Times, taught by one of our Second Year Bible professors Rich Schmidt. This class has been eye-opening and interesting to take, and it’s been a cool experience digging into scriptures and what they really say about the end times. The last class I’m taking in this trimester is Worship Leading through Dance, taught by Saara Taina who is the dance pastor at Bethel.

WORSHIP LEADING FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

Dancing on stage at Bethel during worship

Dancing is something I never anticipated on doing in my life. I have no dance history and I was very hesitant when the Lord began to ask me to join the dance community in Second Year. I finally submitted and began to attend the dance community meetings every week, led by Saara Taina. At the very first meeting I encountered Jesus in a brand new way that I never expected, and learned what it looks like to dance with Him not only physically but as I continue to do life with Him. From this I also learned what it looks like to partner with Heaven through dance and release His kingdom as I am lead to move by Him. I have been selected to be a part of the dance teams at Bethel and dance on stage during worship on rotation and it has been an experience that has completely impacted me, and I’m excited to encounter Jesus even more through this.

PORTLAND 2018

Walking the streets of Portland ministering with some of my amazing team and friends

In September I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Portland, Oregon to serve at a stadium revival with seven of my close Scandinavian friends from BSSM. At this event we got to serve on various ministry teams and lead city-wide outreaches. Speakers such as Christ Overstreet, Todd White, Robby Dawkins, and Bill Johnson were at this event. We saw healings everywhere every day. Deserted wheelchairs were scattered throughout the stadium as people were healed. People on the streets got healed and touched by the love of God, and we saw hundreds of salvations not only on the streets but at the event every day. I saw firsthand Jesus move in a powerful way that week, and ever since then I have experienced a greater measure of boldness and faith like never before.

SECOND YEAR MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES

As students in Second Year we have the amazing privilege to travel and serve on various ministry trips throughout the year. We are each selected on various ministry trips to serve and release His kingdom around the world. I have a few ministry opportunities coming up this year that I am excited for and would love to share with you!

AWAKENING AUSTRALIA

I have been chosen to travel with 150 Second and Third Year students to Melbourne, Australia to serve at the massive revival event happening there. It is an event that all of Australia is planning on gathering for and we will be ministering in teams to the people attending the event and leading massive evangelism outreaches throughout the city! The Lord began moving my heart last year for Australia and I am excited to have this opportunity to serve! And a HUGE thanks for the generosity shown to me, all of the finances for this trip have come in and I will be leaving next week!

THE SEND- ORLANDO, FLORIDA

I have also been chosen to travel with 200 Second and Third Year students to Orlando, Florida in February to serve at a stadium revival happening in Orlando! As I’ve been living on the West Coast I have been interceding for revival to break out on the East Coast, and I believe that this event is going to be catapultic in revival springing forth from the East and spreading throughout the rest of the country! We will be partnering as a school with other ministries and serving at this event on ministry teams and evangelism teams throughout the city! This trip in total costs $995, with the first half due November 17.

RUSSIA

Last time I was in Moscow in April 2018

The last ministry trip I have been selected for this year is one in Russia in March 2019! The Lord has been moving my heart for this beautiful country after I went there this past April, and I can’t be more excited to have the opportunity to go back and serve in Moscow and Krasnoyarsk, Siberia! This time we will be having Bill Johnson and Heidi Baker join our team in Siberia and we will be serving alongside them at a large conference there! The total cost for this trip is $2850, with the first payment of $285 due on November 2.

PARTNERING OPPORTUNITIES

As you can see, Jesus has opened the doors and moved my heart and has called me to serve at these places to see heaven invade and people touched and reconnected with Him! With that being said, I am having to fully trust Him with my finances this year since these trips are not free. He has directly asked me to surrender my right to work this school year so I can learn how to fully trust in His faithfulness when it comes to provision. It has been tough and seems inconvenient, but I know that He is teaching me more of who He is through this. I am going to be vulnerable and say that I am needing financial partnership in this school year so I can continue walking into what Jesus is preparing for me to do and serve this year. I ask that you would pray and consider partnering with me financially as Jesus not only ministers to me but to those in Australia, Orlando, and Russia!

WAYS TO PARTNER FINANCIALLY

If you feel led to donate to any particular ministry trip, you can go to my.bssm.net/donations/trips where you can search and select which trip you would like to partner with! All donations are tax-deductible, and as you sow into what Jesus is doing you will also reap the benefits and blessings that come from what He is doing in those places!

If you prefer to do donations electronically you can also PayPal. My PayPal link is paypal.me/summerrrann

OTHER WAYS TO PARTNER

Besides finances, I would appreciate partnership through prayers! Ways you can be praying for me:

-That Jesus continues to prepare my heart and minister to me this school year so I may be empowered by His love to release His kingdom to the ends of the earth

-That I continue to trust that in Him I lack no thing because He is the one with endless supply

-That He would continue to show me deeper revelations of who He is, and who I am because of Him

-That the breakthroughs I receive this year will be imparted to all those around me and those that I leave a legacy for

YOU ARE AMAZING.

I love each of you so deeply. My heart is that you would encounter more of His goodness in every aspect of your life, and that He would continue to take you deeper in discovering the depths of His love for you! You are loved, chosen, powerful, filled with life and purpose, and destined to greatness with Him. Never forget how much He extravagantly loves you!

Be blessed beyond measure!
